I spent the week editing all my pictures
These are all my images before editing:
(Unfortunately I have not got the edited pictures as they memory on the computer would not save them however you can see the difference when they are on the production pieces)

As well as editing all my pictures I started my double page spread. I found this simple to do as I had, had the experience when doing my contents page therefore I was feeling more confident with the package. As I had it all precisely planned I could just import the text and images and just tweak them to look professional.

I finished off my double page spread however it varied from my design as I used two images instead of one. This was because the picture was too stretched to fit in my chosen gap. Luckily I had retrieved a few of the images I previously lost therefore I did not have to waste time taking more.

I started my front cover. As I already had all articles planned this was a quick process. I am confident using Photoshop as I have previously used it in other schooling years. This benefited me as I could complete it quickly and effectively to a professional standard.

I finished off all of my productions:

12/1/09-16/1/09
I spent this week tying up loose ends. I ensured all my audience research was complete and that it involved everything suitable that contributed towards my designs. I also made slight changed to my products, I added extra titles on my contents page and a strap line at the bottom of the page. I also added the ‘tribute page’ banner to my double page spread although it is a feature article it is a regular tribute page too.
19/1/09-23/1/09
This week I took part in an Italian exchange were they cam and stayed with me. This affected the amount of work I did this week as I went on trips in school hours with them and also missed lesson time to meet them and other such events. However as I had finished all my productions, I started thinking about my evaluation. I decided I was going to ask 10 of my target audience to answer questions about my product I had produced. I started creating a questionnaire. Towards the end of the week I printed these off and got the handed out and returned filled in. In the final day of the week I started analysis on my results to see if I kept to the codes and conventions and the target audience preferred preferences. Questions i asked my target auidence are below.

My Italian buddy had gone home therefore I could continue my work at a less interrupted pace. I set about recording a few of the answers from my product analysis research I decided to do this as I could easily compare and contrast my pre-product and product analysis research. I started writing up the script for my presentation and presenting my evaluation in a PowerPoint. I am going to continue this over the weekend.
